Payment
PJW Property Maintenance and Handyman Services of Leigh-on-Sea, will accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Online BACS Payment
For private/residential customers, payment is due upon completion of the work.
For commercial account customers, payment is due within 7 days from the date of my invoice. In some cases I may allow 30 days from the date of my invoice, but this will have to be agreed between myself and my customer before any work commences.
On larger jobs, I will require an initial deposit of 50% of the total job cost, prior to me commencing any work. The balance will become payable in full, upon completion of your work.
